2. Nature of Services

The services offered by www.coaching-monaco.com consist of private, one-on-one coaching sessions, designed to support emotional clarity, self-awareness and personal growth. These sessions are:

  • conversational and exploratory in nature;
  • focused on present awareness, personal insight, and inner alignment;
  • conducted online, via secure video conferencing tools.

Please note: Coaching is not psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any psychological conditions.

If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, clinical depression, trauma or any mental health condition that requires medical or psychological attention, we strongly encourage you to seek the support of a licensed mental health professional.

The services offerd on www.coaching-monaco.com does not replace or replicate any form of clinical therapy.

3. Eligibility

To use www.coaching – monaco.co services, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older;
  • Be of a healthy individual, having a sound mind and capable of entering into a coaching relationship;
  • Understand that this is a personal development process, not a clinical intervention.

4. Confidentiality & Discretion

All sessions are held in full confidentiality.
Your personal details, shared reflections, and coaching progress are never disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

We value discretion, emotional safety and respect as core elements of our work.

5. Session Format & Delivery

  • Sessions are delivered online (via Zoom or other secure platforms).
  • You are responsible for attending sessions in a quiet, private space.
  • Sessions are not recorded unless mutually agreed in writing.
  • Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the session.

6. Fees & Payment

  • Coaching fees are listed on the Private Sessions page.
  • Payment must be made prior to the first session or in accordance with the selected plan.
  • We, on www.coaching-monaco.com, reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the personal and time-based nature of coaching, refunds are generally not offered once a session has taken place. However, rescheduling may be possible with advance notice.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

At www.coaching-monaco.com, time is honored as a shared commitment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged in full and not eligible for rescheduling.
  • You may request to reschedule once per session, with timely notice.

Refunds

Due to the personalized and time-based nature of coaching services, refunds are not generally offered once a session has been completed or a coaching package has been initiated.

However:

  • If you change your mind before the first session, and no work has begun, a refund may be issued upon written request.
  • If Coaching Monaco must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances and a reschedule is not possible, a full refund for that session will be issued.
Pausing or Ending a Package Early

Should you wish to pause or discontinue a multi-session package (e.g., The Essence Journey or The Silent Strength), you may do so by contacting us in writing.

  • Refunds for unused sessions are not guaranteed, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and timing.
  • Any remaining sessions may be held as credit for up to 3 months.
Discovery Meeting Policy

The Discovery Meeting is offered as a complimentary session (free of charge).
If you cannot attend your scheduled time, please let us know so we may open that space to someone else.

8. Limitations of Responsibility

www.coaching-monaco.com cannot guarantee any specific results from coaching, as outcomes depend on your own engagement and individual process.
By participating, you accept full responsibility for your own decisions, actions and personal development.
